The need of the consumer for ready-to-drink beverages in the busy and competitive work environment is increasing by day. The beverage industry is booming and there is a great demand for processed fruit beverages since the fresh fruits storage is not possible as they are perishable and even in refrigerated conditions they loose moisture and fail to keep quality. Consequently, the concept of packed fruit juices has evolved. The beverage processing involves some stages to ensure the desired shelf life of the beverage- pasteurization process, heat treatment to inactivate micro- organisms.
HRS is the major supplier of pasteurizers for fruit based beverage industry. HRS India has supplied beverage pasteurizers incorporating HRS MI Series heat exchangers for over 20 lines ranging in capacity from 2,000 to 27,500 l/h. Products being processed include pulpy beverages i.e. mango, orange and lemon, and also isotonic juices.
HRS designs pasteurisers using hygienic corrugated shell and tube heat exchanger for pasteurisation of fruit juices to inactivate micro-organism and to ensure the desired shelf life of the beverages. HRS offers two types of pasteurisers for fruit based beverage processing. The Pasteuriser designed for RGB filling heats the beverage from ambient to 95°C and holds it for certain period before sending to filling machine. The Pasteuriser for PET bottle filling heats the product from ambient to 95°C, holds it for predetermined period and trim-cools for filling at lower temperature.domperidone for sale.
The product returned from the filling machine is cooled to ambient temperature before sending it to balance tank.
